In this role, you will lead reporting and analytics initiatives, transform complex data into meaningful business insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will be responsible for overseeing the development of dashboards, reports, and performance analytics while guiding a small team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of reporting outputs. Working closely with operations, HR, leadership, and clients, you will identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive strategic business improvements through actionable insights.
