Responsibilities


+ Partner with Accounting, Operations, and other stakeholders to understand analytical and reporting needs and deliver accurate, actionable business intelligence solutions.

+ Gather, analyze, and document reporting and analytical requirements through research, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

+ Translate complex internal and external business intelligence requests into high-quality analytical products using credible data sources.

+ Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad hoc financial and operational reports, dashboards, and analyses using SQL, Power BI, SSRS, and Excel.

+ Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to extract, transform, and analyze financial, claims, enrollment, capitation, and utilization data.
