Description We are looking for a Business Immigration Attorney to join a global immigration law firm on a Contract assignment supporting the San Francisco, California team. This fully remote opportunity requires availability during Pacific Time business hours and is expected to run for approximately three months, with the possibility of extension based on workload. The attorney in this role will contribute to a busy employment-based immigration practice, focusing on non-immigrant visa matters and delivering precise, compliant filings in a fast-moving environment.
