**As the Business Excellence and Change Management Lead, your day centers on driving transformation across the North America Gas Services business by turning strategy into practical execution. You lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and standardize ways of working, while ensuring changes are clearly understood, adopted, and sustained. Working closely with business leaders, you design and implement structured change efforts, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, and adoption strategies that help teams navigate and embrace new processes. You also support targeted, fast-paced improvement efforts to diagnose and enhance underperforming areas.
