Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending client queries through calls or e-mails and coordinating with the concerned department.
  • Create quotations.
  • Respond to RFQ tender bid invitations with quotations.
  • Prepare tenders for large clients with complete requirement documents.
  • Issue survey requests.
  • Follow up with Ops Team.
  • Prepare pricing model, main costing and obtain approval from SSM.
  • Follow up quotations with clients.
  • Coordinate any changes requested by clients to SSM.
  • Revise quotes per client requests with SSM approval.
  • Deal courteously and efficiently with enquiries by telephone and in day‑to‑day written correspondence.
  • Create contract addendums for new services.
  • Request LPO from clients and issue job orders to Operations for execution and to Accounts for billing.
  • Update quotations, contracts and client lists and maintain them up to date.
