GROW is currently looking for a Business Development Specialist.
In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and assist in executing sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of business development principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business or any related field
- At least 6 months to 1 year working experience
- Experience in Sales, Marketing or any Business field
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and eager to contribute to company growth.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
