Primary Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and new markets for the company to expand into.

2. Responsible for the development of company expansion plans.

3. Responsible for maximizing the business opportunities within the defined sales territory

Job functions:

1. To implement all aspects of sales related activities such as planning, monitoring and measuring of customers within the defined territory

2. Strong interpersonal communication skills

3. Strong analytical skills - Ability to recognise trends and patterns in the market in order to identify potential new business opportunities

4. To keep in touch with market regarding on competitive pricing, promotion, products, etc

5. Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers

6. To develop staff into service professionals and groom high potentials to leadership roles.
