Position Overview
Business Development Representative - German Speaking
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting into large enterprise accounts within the DACH market.
- Research, identify, and engage with C-level and senior decision-makers (CIO, Head of IT, Head of Digital Procurement Operations, etc.).
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (phone, LinkedIn, email, events).
- Own a tailored account list and manage/nurture prospects.
- Qualify prospects against Sanas enterprise sales criteria (intent, ERP readiness, project timelines, digital transformation drivers).
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Account Executives, ensuring a smooth handover and detailed CRM notes.
- Track all activities and maintain data accuracy in CRM.
Qualifications
- Native or near-native German and fluent English.
- 2 years of BDR/SDR/Inside Sales experience in enterprise SaaS.
