Key Responsibilities (R&R

)Customer Relationship & Account Managemen

- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers and region

- Visit customers regularly and submit daily visit/activity reports

- Manage assigned Key Accounts and develop long-term relationships

- Add new customer accounts from the assigned region

- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and achieve targeted Net Promoter Score (NPS)
