About the Role We are seeking a results-driven BDR to manage and grow our presence on Upwork. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork that match company services. Write personalized, compelling proposals and cover letters.
