About Care Bound

Care Bound is an established disability support day program provider based in Seven Hills, Western Sydney, delivering specialist, person-centred programs for autistic adults and participants with disability.

Our unique model is built around structured, purposeful daily programs including our Active Day Program, Daily Life Skills Program, School Pickup Program, and Community Participation supports designed to build real independence, confidence, and genuine community connection for every participant we support.

We work closely with families, support coordinators, allied health professionals, and therapists to ensure every participant thrives.
