**Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

- Understand and incorporate Incora - Haas Chemicals philosophy, values, visions and Sales initiatives in all behaviors, practices and decisions
- Actively visit customers, new or existing, either independently and/or in conjunction with other Incora - Haas functions
- Sell complete Incora - Haas Products
- Ideally bring customers sales previous records
- Meet and/or exceed annual goals (bookings, gross profit dollar and gross profit percentage)
- Provide Sales, Marketing and Application Engineering coverage in an assigned area
- Provide customers with basic design assistance and basic product demonstrations
- Maintain professionalism, customer service and customer focus while building strategic partnerships with potential and existing Incora-Haas accounts
- Develop and maintain partnering relationships with Incora - Haas vendor representatives
