Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales growth with defence and government organizations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Ministry of Defence (MoD), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Armed Forces, CAPFs, and other government agencies.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification, tender participation, proposal submission, negotiation, order closure, and execution.
  • Generate business from organizations such as Army, Indian Air Force (IAF), Navy, Coast Guard, NTRO, DRDO, BSF, CRPF, ITBP, CISF, SSB, and other defence/security agencies.
  • Identify upcoming procurement opportunities and align company offerings with customer requirements.
  • Handle contract management activities including compliance with terms and conditions, delivery schedules, payment milestones, and project execution.
