About the Role


We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, client handling, and building long-term business relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services

Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and references

Conduct client meetings and understand hiring requirements

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery

Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
