Position Overview
Tasks - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives in the MSP staffing recruitment and placements sectors.
- Identify establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform decision-making processes.
