Position Overview
- Develop new business opportunities in manpower outsourcing and recruitment services
- Acquire and maintain corporate clients across various industries
- Promote staffing solutions including contract staffing, permanent hiring, and bulk recruitment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements effectively
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth initiatives
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in manpower outsourcing and recruitment sales required
