Responsibilities

• Grow retail client and influencer/KOL/affiliate communities and revenue for KuCoin EU within EEA.
• Create own business plans, including market sizing, target segments and revenue forecasts and manage own KPIs.
• Manage content, channels, campaigns and events to reach clients and influencers, with exceptional ability to convert leads into active users and trading volume.
• Convert client feedback to new product offerings, onboard clients and help them solve problems.
• Monitor clients' trading behaviour and statistics, and give instant updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Represent KuCoin EU at industry conferences.
• Work closely with internal teams to share intelligence and maximise revenue for KuCoin by working as a team.

Competency
