Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Fintech and HR Tech markets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
- Build a strong pipeline of enterprise and SME clients
- Establish and manage partnerships with:
- Financial institutions (banks, payment providers)
- HR service providers (payroll, recruitment platforms)
- Technology partners and system integrators
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that drive mutual growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
