Ramsay Health Care is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Frances Perry House and our National Maternity portfolio by building and strengthening our Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) pipeline. This role plays a critical part in shaping the future clinical and commercial performance of one of Australia's leading private maternity hospitals and supporting the continued growth of Ramsay’s maternity services nationally. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and retaining high-value VMOs across Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Neonatology, Paediatrics, and related specialty areas.
