Responsibilities:
Perform such pre-development planning findingson potential sites. Perform such pre-development site analysis. Perform diligently on property prices datacollection & data analysis, feasibility studies andinvestment viability. Support to identify & source such suitable landinvestment opportunities. Conduct marketing research and analyse markettrends to provide a reliable resource forbenchmarking. Requirement: Posses Diploma/Degree in any field. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in therelated field is required for this position. Confident, self-motivated, strong leadership,management skill, performance driven andimpeccable integrity. Able to work flexibly in a dynamic environmentwith good attitude. Candidate with property development or buildingconstruction background will be an addedadvantage.
