Position Overview
Responsibilities - Drive sales results in the residential construction space through market research and lead generation
- Identify and manage high-potential key accounts to strengthen market presence
- Design and implement customized growth programs, such as Impact Rewards and Trade In Trade Up
- Cultivate and sustain direct relationships with top national accounts in the residential and home service markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with national associations via key retailers like Lowe's and The Home Depot
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine targeting strategies
- Provide ongoing support and training to account representatives to drive engagement and loyalty
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of sales experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
