• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector
• Generate leads and build strong client relationships across UAE
• Handle client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations
• Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and pricing submissions
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth project execution
• Achieve sales targets and contribute towards company growth
• Maintain strong knowledge of FM services including hard and soft services
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Build long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Experience in Facilities Management industry in UAE is mandatory
