Position Overview
RIB is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the MENA & Levant Region.
Key Responsibilities - Sell the RIB product portfolio in the region.
- Drive sales planning and structure, leading new opportunities within the construction sector.
- Articulate the value proposition and demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain and expand the customer base.
Requirements - UAE driving licence.
- 3‑5 years of sales experience in a dynamic sales environment.
- Proven target‑oriented experience and achievement history.
- Experience selling solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
