Responsibilities Promote the value proposition offered by the Academy. Manage and grow collaborative relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction. Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify requirements and development opportunities. Pool Raubex Group training requirements into a cost-efficient schedule.
