About the role

:

The Industry Manager – Aggregate and Mining is responsible for driving sustainable growth and increasing market share within the aggregate and mining industries, with a strong focus on major OEMs and associated applications. This role leads new business development efforts, coordinates cross-functional resources, and ensures a consistent commercial strategy aligned with WEG’s product portfolio and long-term objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Sales Leadership Generate sales leads, develop qualified sales opportunities, and lead the closure of new business within the aggregate and mining segments. Develop, manage, and maintain a structured opportunity pipeline, working collaboratively with non direct reports to win OEM business. Perform contract analysis and lead commercial negotiations to support profitable and sustainable growth.
