Position Overview
Business Development Executive (F&B Brand Expansion) Job Responsibilities - Develop franchise and partnership opportunities for the company’s F&B brands in Singapore.
- Source potential investors and franchise partners through online and offline channels.
- Manage and operate social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and Kuaishou for franchise promotion.
- Plan, create, and publish franchise marketing videos and promotional content.
- Understand platform algorithms, posting rules, advertising policies, and content compliance requirements.
- Coordinate video shooting, content planning, and branding campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and optimize lead conversion strategies.
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract follow-ups.
- Research Singapore F&B market trends and competitor activities.
- Support outlet onboarding and franchise setup coordination.
