About the Role:
As a Business Development Executive (Johor Bahru), you will drive revenue growth by managing the end-to-end B2B sales cycle for Info-Tech cloud-based software solutions. You will work closely with inbound leads while also building your own pipeline, engaging decision-makers, and closing deals across SMEs and enterprise clients in Malaysia.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle: Canvassing, Market Expansion, Lead handling, Prospecting, Product demo & presentation, Proposal, negotiation & closing!
- Drive B2B sales growth for: Cloud HRMS, Accounting, CRM Systems, Payroll Outsourcing solutions
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly & quarterly targets
- Deliver consultative selling by understanding client pain points and recommending suitable solutions
