Position Overview
Job Description
• Develop new businesses on assigned insurance classes/lines by approaching potential clients via proper channels.
• Prepare offers, quotations, negotiate with clients, and win insurance contracts
• Follow up and manage the outstanding premiums of assigned accounts
• Proceed with renewal business and cross-selling to achieve renewal premium targets
• Maintain client database and profile, respond to and support all clients' requests regarding the coverage of the insurance contract. retain/ increase renewal premium or new • Premium from renewal business
• Initiate and maintain customer service activities to improve customer trust and loyalty
• Cooperate with the relevant Department in risk surveys, risk management activities, and other services for clients
