- Hunting down new business and opening doors in the road freight space
- Building and managing a strong pipeline of clients
- Selling tailored logistics solutions (FTL, LTL, cross-border, distribution)
- Negotiating rates and closing profitable deals
- Growing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Working closely with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
