Accountabilities
1.
Deliver in-year revenue, Total Contract Value targets and exit pipeline requirements as agreed with the Managing Director and the Growth leadership team, by building an understanding of cross-portfolio opportunities spanning Maximus UK services, developing integrated solutions aligned to client needs.
This includes identifying and cross-selling opportunities by combining capabilities across service lines into cohesive propositions, and formally capturing pipeline and customer contacts within our CRM.
2.
Contribute as a senior member of the Business Development and Maximus UK Management teams in the formation of strategies and plans (including account prioritisation, sector entry/expansion, and proactive opportunity creation across central government, local government and adjacent markets), whilst ensuring Growth team members have suitable support to enable the delivery of the overall growth ta...
