Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field. MBA or Master’s Degree is highly preferred.
- 15+ years of business development leadership experience within the UAE infrastructure, transportation, or consultancy sectors.
- Proven track record of securing major infrastructure and transportation projects across the UAE.
- Established executive-level network across government, semi-government, and sovereign-linked entities.
- Strong experience influencing procurement strategies and shaping early-stage business opportunities.
