Nexxen is seeking a commercially driven, Business Development Demand Director to join our Singapore Office.
This is a hybrid role blending business development and partnerships with a clear focus on driving incremental spend from DSPs and their buyers through incentives, deals, open auction SPO, and other methods.
You will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities, structuring and closing deals, and expanding Nexxen’s footprint across both established and emerging DSP partners, including Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, StackAdapt, Viant, and many others. This is not a typical agency sales role: you’ll be selling into DSP organizations, and approaching their buyers/seats. Success depends on deep ecosystem knowledge, commercial creativity, and relentless focus on revenue growth.
Our team follows a hybrid schedule, working in the office three days a week and remotely for the rest.
