Business Development Coordinator

Position Overview

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Liaise with existing and prospective clients via telephone and email

  • Prepare proposals, quotations and client correspondence

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Support business development initiatives across South Africa and Africa

  • Identify and follow up on new business opportunities

  • Maintain CRM and customer records

  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requirements and order progress

  • Assist with customer queries, after-sales support and problem resolution

  • Conduct market and competitor research

  • Assist with trade shows, exhibitions and related events when required

  • Compile sales and customer activity reports
