Business Development (B2B) Basic with High Rolling Commission
The Company is growing and we are looking for talents who are passionate in the people business to join our team as a Business Development (B2B) dealing with the client side.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for new clients for our various services offerings.
- Handle end-to-end sales process, from contact to contract, to closing deals.
- Conduct research and identify potential clients, market segments, industries, potential business opportunities, market demands.
- Prepare and deliver presentations while gathering feedbacks.
- Develop rapport with existing and potential clients, understanding their business objectives and needs.
- Work closely with the team to develop business plans and strategies to achieve team target as a whole.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set.
