Position Overview
- Supporting the Business Development Manager and partner group in daily business development activities
- Drafting and coordinating pitches, client proposals and legal directory submissions
- Supporting client and sector teams, ensuring actions are properly followed up and implemented
- Conducting market and client analyses to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
- Managing and maintaining BD databases
- Providing operational support to the wider BMC team and assisting with events and communications when needed
- A degree in Business, Law, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional services or consultancy environment (law firm experience strongly preferred)
- Former lawyers are also considered a strong asset
