Position Description:

Serves in a cross-functional role that aids in the design, build, and maintenance of scheduling patterns and templates in Epic Cadence for all clinics and ancillaries across the healthcare system. This role collaborates with key members of operations and management to support visit type creation that works in conjunction with key scheduling components such as rules, blocks, pools, and other data elements required to schedule appointments.
