About the Role
Volvo Malaysia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analytics Intern to support our aftersales and service market operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, inventory reconciliation, and business process support. You will work closely with internal teams and external dealers to ensure smooth operations while gaining exposure to real-world business analytics applications in a multinational corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data & Document Management
Update K1 reference numbers in VIPS before submission to LHDN, ensuring accuracy and timely updates by the 15th of each month.
Check and file DSV documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes.
Assist in cleaning and organizing large datasets for reporting and analysis.
