Job Responsibilities:


+ Organize requirements and data gathering sessions to fully understand business processes and system functionality related to Finance (Record to Report), HR (Hire to Retire), Procurement/Expense (Procure to Pay), and Supply Chain and Distribution (Order to Cash).

+ Facilitate deep dive requirements and analysis sessions between business functions, finance, and IT teams, including the complete mapping of cross-functional processes, data and process flows, and requirements (URS/FRS).

+ Coordinate with IT teams in the interpretation and solution design discussions to translate requirements into system design specifications.

+ Facilitate the development of test cases and user-acceptance test plans to ensure excellent system solutions to meet requirements.
