**What you'll be doing**

+ Analyze large-scale player data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across retention, progression, economy, and monetization.
+ Build and maintain dashboards and reports used daily by Product, Game Design, and Monetization and R&D teams.
+ Define and monitor KPIs, detect anomalies, and proactively surface insights to stakeholders.
+ Partner closely with Product Managers, Economy Managers, and Developers to support data-driven decision making.
