Key Responsibilities: Support regional business analysis and reporting activities across Southeast Asia operations, covering multiple countries and stations within the network. Analyze operational, commercial, and financial performance data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support management decision-making. Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Python (where applicable for data analysis and automation). Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), including shipment volume, revenue, costs, gross profit (GP), yield performance, and operational efficiency. Conduct pricing, rate, and profitability analysis for air freight and logistics services to support commercial strategy and revenue growth.
