Job Responsibilities

• Translate Business Needs: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders (brokers, underwriters, operations) and translate them into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner Presentations: Assist in creating pitch materials as well as business review data sets for client-facing teams to directly import in their interactions.
• Bridge Technical & Business Teams: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering/product teams, ensuring solutions accurately reflect business needs.
