Position Overview
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IMOS-related incidents, service requests, and user enquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across various IMOS modules

We are hiring a Business Analyst to bridge business operations and technology by supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the IMOS platform to enable efficient voyage execution, accurate financials, and informed decisionmaking. The Position - Act as the primary point of contact for all IMOS-related incidents, service requests, and user enquiries.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across various IMOS modules, including Voyage Management, Chartering, Operations, Scheduling, Demurrage, and Finance.
