This role involves driving the end‑to‑end requirements journey, from shaping ambiguous business problems into clear, structured solutions - requiring strong critical thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills to drive alignment across business and technical teams.
Mandatory Skill‑set - Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
- Must have 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
- Must have strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, user stories, use cases);
- At least 1 year of experience in SIT/UAT and defect management;
