Position Overview The Business Analyst develops and designs system/data product solutions with the purpose of improving business efficiency and productivity. He/She initiates the study and research of client business processes and requirements, information technology requirements, procedures or problems according to business needs. He/She analyses the feasibility of new systems and/or enhancements to existing systems. He/She possesses an analytical mind, and is able to see interconnections with system solutions and usability. He adopts a systematic approach in handling ambiguous or complex issues, and actively discusses his/her perspectives to arrive at effective solutions.
