You own the architectural blueprint for GoTeam’s internal efficiency, acting as the primary bridge between our 60‑person AI team, core software development, and legacy systems. This is an autonomous Architect of Efficiency role where you translate complex operational gaps into scalable, AI‑enhanced processes, personally ensuring every project moves from documentation to successful go‑live deployment.

This is not a passive support role. You operate within a high‑speed, AI‑driven environment where your Process Instinct drives continuous improvement. Best suited for seasoned analysts who thrive on Agile delivery, value lean methodology (Six Sigma/Lean), and prefer driving enterprise‑wide change over maintaining the status quo.
