Business analyst, Payment & Core Banking

We are looking for a modern, AI-enabled Business Analyst to support core banking development in a Finnish banking environment. The role requires expertise in either foreign payments or financial crime management (AML, sanctions, fraud prevention). Responsibilities include business analysis, regulatory understanding, and practical application of AI and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to business analysis within your domain of expertise, translating business and regulatory requirements into implementation-ready specifications.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across product, operations, compliance, risk, IT and vendors.
