Position Overview
Business Analyst, Member Engagement
Your Role
Support the preparation of regular engagement reports and presentation materials for internal meetings and project steering committees.Assist in analysing updating operational and engagement data (e.g. employer and member usage figures) for analysis and tracking.Help execute outreach and engagement activities, such as webinars, briefings, events and email campaigns, including logistics and follow-up.Coordinate with external partners (industry bodies, employers, event organisers) on meeting schedules, materials, and basic enquiries.Maintain records of stakeholder contacts, activities and campaign performance, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
