Job summary
The Business Analyst will partner closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, project leadership, and delivery teams to support discovery, business process analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), training readiness, and Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog management activities. This role serves as a bridge between business operations and technical delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and are successfully adopted by end users.
Key responsibilities Business analysis & process modeling

+ Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and business operating procedures.

+ Identify process improvement opportunities and operational impacts.

+ Identify and document manual processes, workarounds, and exception-handling procedures.
