Position Overview

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related field .

Graduate in mathematical related fields OR

2–4+ years experience in data analytics, business analysis or a similar analytical role, ideally within employee benefits, retirement funds, healthcare consulting or financial services.

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query, macros desirable).

Strong Power Point skills with a track record of creating executive-level presentations.

Experience with data extraction, cleaning and manipulation.

Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to present data clearly.

Understanding of retirement funds, healthcare plans and benchmarking is a strong advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
