We are looking for a Business Analyst for an international company operating in the commodities trading industry with global business processes and distributed infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and formalize business requirements from trading, risk management, and operations teams
• Configure and support CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP and global internal platforms
• Design and maintain data exchange flows between CRM, SAP, and other internal systems
• Develop management reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Automate data extraction and processing from multiple systems and sources
• Collaborate with developers on integrations, APIs, and ETL processes
• Prepare documentation, data flow diagrams, and user guidelines
